However, the organisers is not nor can be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be or for any inconvenience delegates might incur in connection with the conference.
We endeavour to publish accurate, up to date information on this site, but we do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies or omissions, nor do we accept liability for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other losses or damages of any kind arising out of the use of this website or information contained within it. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for the correctness or appropriateness of the talks, papers, panels, tutorials and demonstrations included in the conference. In particular, changes to the published conference program or cancellation of parts thereof do not entitle delegates to a full or partial refund of the conference fee.
We reserve the right to alter the programme without notice, including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the event dates and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result. Should, for any reason outside the organisers' control (acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action) the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, the organisers will endeavour to re-schedule, but shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by delegates.
