  • The Organiser reserve the right to make changes and amendments to the programme and arrangements without prior notice.

Bank fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Kindly send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with Registration Form(s) (printable from online registration) to the organisers via email.
Note: Overseas Telegraphic Transfer remittance after 8th March 2019 is strongly not recommended (bank transfer might not arrive on time for processing and confirmation of participation).

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat. Refunds will only be made after the Conference.

1. Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 8th March 2019: 50% refund
2. Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 15th March 2019: 25% refund
3. Cancellation received AFTER 15th March 2019: No refund
Name change / Substitution: Notify to Secretariat by 24th March 2019 with complete information as required in the registration form.

* Paid registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated date for whatever reasons, including a failure of obtaining VISA.
